About Balu Forge Industries Ltd

Bell Agro Machina Limited, formerly known as Amaze Entertech Limited, is a leading Public Limited Company incorporated in 1989 and based in Belagavi in Karnataka, India. The company is in the business of manufacturing steel forging products and is a preferred supplier of crankshafts for OEMs in India and around the world. It has long-established presence in over 80 countries and its production capabilities have been recognized with ISO/TS16949: 2009 accreditation. The company has developed a full range of components for leading Original Equipment Manufacturers and has supplied crankshafs to Defence Forces in two prominent European countries. In 2011 it installed high-tech production lines from Poland and France, increasing its capacity up to 30,000 fully finished crankshafts per month. In addition, it has also established a state-of-the-art RD center and a 3D printing center. It has adapted to the New Energy Era, producing components compliant with new Emission Regulations and new Energy Vehicles. Furthermore, the company has a large product portfolio supported by metallurgical labs, comprehensive tool rooms, and advanced process and inspection test facilities. To top this off, its proprietor Mr. Jaspalsingh Chandock recently agreed on a strategic vision for business expansion, resulting in a reverse merger and new name-change to Balu Forge Industries Limited. With the mission to do business with excellence, the company has asserted itself as a high-performance manufacturer and is now an approved vendor of over 25 OEs spread over 6 continents.
