About Hilton Metal Forging Ltd

Hilton Metal Forging Ltd is a leader in the forging industry and specializes in the manufacture of stainless steel forging flanges, forged fittings and lapjoint stubends. They provide services to the oil and gas, petrochemical and refineries and other sectors. They have acquired certifications from API, ISO/TS 29001 and Sasol Technology. Established in 1997 as a proprietorship firm in export of pipe fittings, the company convertedinto a public limited company in 2005. In 2006, the company started manufacturing forged valve bodies and valve components and installed heat treatment plant, die shop and in-house lab facilities. In 2007, as part of expansion, 3 ton Drop Forging Hammer, CNC Machines, HMC Machines and other machinery were added. They also have approvals from AEL, UDHE INDIA and Government of Maharashtra. In 2008, they were certified as SASOL approved manufacturers and in 2009, they received Gold trophy as Top Exporter from EEPC. The latest expansion of the company in 2008-09 involved installation of 2000 Maxi Press Pneumatic Hammer HMC CNC machines. With this, their production capacity has increased to 16000 MT per year.
