About Yes Bank Ltd

Yes Bank is a private sector bank in India, offering savings accounts, deposits, and loans to retail, MSME, and corporate customers As of June 2025, it had deposits of ₹2.76 trillion, with 32.8% coming from current and savings accounts.

Its total advances were ₹2.41 trillion, comprising 49% retail and MSME loans (₹1.19 trillion) and 51% commercial and corporate loans (₹1.22 trillion). The bank also earns from fees, card services, foreign exchange, and treasury operations, which contributed ₹17.52 billion in non-interest income in Q1 FY26.

As of June 2025 Bank’s Gross NPA was 1.7%, Net NPA was 0.3%, and the capital adequacy ratio was 17.2%.
