About Skipper Ltd

Skipper Ltd is a leading manufacturer of Transmission and Distribution Structures, such as Towers and Poles, and Plastic Water Pipes. Established in 1981, Skipper has since diversified and now has a presence in 20 countries across South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South and Southeast Asia, and Australia. Additionally, the company is the largest integrated transmission tower manufacturer with angle rolling, tower accessories and fastener manufacturing. The company has had numerous milestones since its inception, such as getting their tower units approved by PowerGrid, which led to an order for 400KV in 2006. In 2009 they got India's first order for 800KV transmission tower from PGCIL and in 2015 received an export order worth Rs400 crore. Skipper has also been recognised as the fastest growing Transmission Tower Manufacturing Company at the Export Import Forum International Trade Award.
