The HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund is an open-ended hybrid mutual fund that balances long-term growth and stability. It uses a dynamic asset allocation strategy to shift investments between equity and debt based on market conditions.
The fund is benchmarked against the NIFTY 50 Hybrid Composite Debt 50:50 Index. The main goal is to generate long-term growth and income by maintaining a flexible mix of equity and debt. As one of the largest funds in its category, it currently manages assets worth approximately ₹1,06,494 Crores.
The current asset allocation of the fund has around 64% in equity, about 26.8% in debt, and the remaining 9.3% in others (including cash & equivalents, REITs/InvITs, etc.).
