About Balaji Amines Ltd

Balaji Amines Ltd. (BAL) is an Indian manufacturer of ethyl and methyl amines and derivatives with four manufacturing facilities, three in Maharashtra and one in Telangana. Founded in 1988, they currently supply to major chemical companies like IDI, Hoechst, Rallis, and more. BAL was awarded ISO:9001 certification in 2001 and a Recognized Export House status from the Government of India Ministry of Commerce in 2003. In 2005, their product portfolio was further expanded with the addition of derivatives of methyl and ethyl amines. In 2006, Balaji Foundation and Research Centre was set up for rural population as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity. BAL became the sole manufacturer of GBI, NMP, and Morpholine in the same year. In 2009, the company started power generation through windmills and launched the green technology of Balaji Sarovar Premiere, their five-star hotel, in 2013. Over the years, BAL has successfully diversified into producing and supplying clinical intermediates, chemicals, and lamps, along with commissioning various plants and projects such as a DMF manufacturing plant and a wind turbine. Furthermore, in 2021, BAL commenced operations in their greenfield project at Unit IV.
