About Anant Raj Ltd

Anant Raj Limited (formerly known as Anant Raj Industries Limited) was established in 1985 and has since been engaged primarily in the business of construction and development of residential, commercial, hospitality, affordable housing, IT Parks, and Data Centers in North Capital Region (NCR). The company also manufactures ceramic wall and floor tiles under the brand name Romano, and since 1989, production capacity has been broadened from 3500 to 63000 MT.

In 2005, the company began diversifying business opportunities in real estate development and formalized several joint ventures for this purpose, including a joint agreement with Althoff Hotels and another with GIC for developing hotels and IT Parks, respectively. The company also took over the business of Bhasin Resorts Pvt Ltd. and established a ceramic unit in Jahagadia, Gujarat. In 2009, the company completed construction of an IT Park in Manesar, Haryana and various other projects such as Mall at Karol Bagh, Hotel Anant Raj Exotica, and Hotel Anant Raj Retreat. In 2011, the company launched residential projects, DEL37 and Maceo, and Hospitality Project Hotel Tricolor. In 2012, the company changed its name from Anant Raj Industries Ltd. to Anant Raj Limited and established a joint venture called Avarna Projects LLP JV with Birla Estates Private Limited in 2022. Further, in 2020, the Hon’ble NCLT passed a composite scheme of arrangement for the amalgamation and demerger of Anant Raj Agencies Private Limited with Anant Raj Limited.
