About National Fittings Ltd

Interfit Techno Products was established in 1993 and a plant was set up in Kaniyur, Tamilnadu. Phase I of the project commenced producing stainless steel pipe fittings with a capacity of 240,000 pieces in January 1995. To expand into stainless steel ball valves, Phase II of the project was initiated and an equity issue of Rs 165,000,000 was floated in September 1995. Commercial production of ball valves began in May 1996. To meet the costs of the expansion and growth, the company has proposed to issue 3250000 equity shares of the company to its promoters, M/s Interfit India Ltd. Interfit Techno Products continues to grow and develop, leveraging the latest technology and production processes to provide the highest-quality stainless steel pipe fittings and ball valves.
