About Pattech Fitwell Tube Components Ltd

Pattech Fitwell Tube Components Limited began as a Partnership Firm in 2012 and was converted to a company in 2022. Since then, it has transitioned again, to become a Public Limited Company. It specializes in producing forged products for the non-automotive sector, with a capacity of 14104.13 MTPA. It manufactures for fields including chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, oil and gas, water treatment, and instrumentation. The existing plant has partitioned into two parts, Part A and Part B at Vadodara, Gujarat. The Company is now proposing a public issue of 2400000 Equity shares through a fresh issue.
