It specializes in producing forged products for the non-automotive sector, with a capacity of 14104.13 MTPA. It manufactures for fields including chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, oil and gas, water treatment, and instrumentation. The existing plant has partitioned into two parts, Part A and Part B at Vadodara, Gujarat. The Company is now proposing a public issue of 2400000 Equity shares through a fresh issue.
