About ACME Solar Holdings Ltd

ACME Solar Holdings Limited was incorporated as a private limited company with the name ACME Solar Holdings Private Limited on June 3 2015. Pursuant to the conversion of the Company to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to ACME Solar Holdings Limited on May 12 2017.ACME Solar is one of the largest solar IPPs in India having a portfolio of solar power projects which comprises Operational and Underconstruction solar power projects with an aggregate capacity of 2351 MWp 1814 MW. The Company develops builds owns operates and maintains utility scale grid connected solar power projects through its inhouse EPC and OM operations and generate revenue through the sale of electricity to central and state government entities and governmentbacked corporations. The Company is focused on developing and operating ongrid solar power projects using the latest PV technology. The objective of the company is to be one of Indias most capital efficient solar power producers through better project management development of economies of scale use of the latest technology and emphasis on timelines and cost efficiency.The Company is promoted by ACME Cleantech and Manoj Kumar Upadhyay an innovator and entrepreneur and It is an integral part of the ACME Group. The ACME Group was established in 2003 and originally operated as a provider of energy management solutions to wireless telecommunications operators in India. The ACME Group currently has businesses in India and abroad in the wireless telecommunications infrastructure sector the energy storage solutions sector and the solar power projects sector. The Company ACME Solar Holdings Limited was established in 2015 to consolidate the ACME Groups solar power business and to capitalize on the opportunities in the Indian solar power industry. Pursuant to the Restructuring the Company acquired all of the solar power assets of the ACME Group. Subsequently the Company acquired ACME Cleantechs entire EPC and OM capabilities during Fiscals 2017 and 2018. As a result of the Restructuring and the acquisition of the EPC and OM capabilities the company is able to undertake the full spectrum of the lifecycle of a solar project from bidding developing and commissioning the project to the operation and maintenance of the project.The Company has grown its portfolio of Operational solar power projects from a 15 MW solar power project in Gujarat that was commissioned in December 2011 to having Operational solar power projects with an aggregate installed capacity of 1043 MWp 874 MW. Additionally the company is underconstruction solar power projects with an aggregate capacity of 1284 MWp 940 MW. The Company is present across 12 Indian states Uttarakhand Gujarat Chhattisgarh Telangana Karnataka Punjab Bihar Uttar PradeshOdisha Madhya Pradesh Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh with a portfolio of 33 Operational projects and 14 Underconstruction projects of which 50.2 in terms of capacity are with central government entities. The EPC and OM teams have successfully developed and operate projects aggregating to 1043 MWp 874 MW of installed capacity..
