About Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd
HUDCO, established in 1970 as India’s first public-sector Housing Finance Company, is a Navratna CPSE and an NBFC-IFC registered with the RBI. The company is a one-stop provider for housing and infrastructure projects in India, offering financial support, expert consultancy, and training programs to help develop urban and housing infrastructure efficiently.
In Q1 FY26, HUDCO’s total consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹2,937.31 Crore, with the key segments comprising primarily interest income of ₹2,924.64 Crore from loans sanctioned for housing and infrastructure projects, and rental income of ₹12.67 Crore from leasing and other rental activities.
