Home First Finance Company India Limited is an innovative technology-driven affordable housing finance business that targets first-time home buyers in low and middle-income households. With a CAGR of 63.4, its gross loan assets have grown from Rs 13,559 million in FY 2018 to Rs 37,300 million in FY 2020. It services over 44,766 active loan accounts and the average ticket size for its housing loans is Rs 1.01 million. To ensure efficient operations, the Company leverages technology and employs paperless onboarding, customer scoring models, CRM and loan management systems, and dedicated mobile apps.
