About Sammaan Capital Ltd
To further its reach, IBHFL initiated the launch of “Indiabulls Customer Connect”, an exclusive branch addressing all service related queries of the customers. It also expanded its presence to Dubai with the launch of its first representative office. In April 2016, it announced an agreement with HDFC Life to distribute its retail life, health and pension products. In July 2016, IBHFL was upgraded to AAA rating by CARE and raised Rs. 1330 crore through unrated rupee denominated Masala bonds. In September, its public issue of NCDs was subscribed twofold over the base issue of Rs. 3500 crore. In 2017, the company announced a cutdown in its interest rate on home loan offerings. On 31st March 2017, IBHFL was included in the Nifty 50 index with effect.
In 2019, IBHFL along with its wholly-owned subsidiary Indiabulls Commercial Credit Limited was amalgamated with Lakshmi Vilas Bank. In 2020-21, IBHFL sold 91% of its stake in OakNorth Holdings Ltd and raised Rs. 2780 Crores of Secured NCDs through a private placement. Hence, over the years, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited has secured several rewards and achieved high standards in the business.
