Can Fin Homes Ltd (CFHL) is a premier housing finance institution approved by the National Housing Bank (NHB) in India that offers housing loans for individual homes, affordable housing, composite and top-up loans, and a variety of non-housing loans. With a strong presence across 21 states, the Bangalore-based company was established in 1987 with the mission of promoting home ownership and increasing housing stock. CFHL was selected by NHB to be one of the first participants in the mobilisation of resources through mortgage backed securities. To further strengthen public confidence, the company issued 6145575 equity shares of Rs 10/ each for cash at Rs 450 each, raising Rs 276 crore in the process. In FY22, CFHL has an expanded network of 200 branches spread across 21 states with 187 branches and 13 Satellite Offices. Borrowing is diversified through short-term and long-term loans to achieve maximum benefit in interest rates, leveraging PSU/ Private/NBFC.
