Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. which began its operation as a civil construction firm in 1959 has now grown into a leader in Infrastructure Development with the capability to execute large and complicated Civil Engineering Projects in India and abroad with emphasis on jetties docks harbours Roads bridges and special foundations.The company has promoted five JV companies in association with each of the companies i.e Pauling Plc. UK Ing. Giovanni Rodia SpA Italy Tensacciai SpA Italy Kier International Plc. UK StarkstoemundSognalBaugessessschaft GmbH Germany. But the company RodioAfcons India Ltd which was a JV company promoted with Giovanni Rodia Italy has gone into voluntary liquidation and the liquidation process is underway with effect from July 29 1999.
