About Atlantaa Ltd

Atlanta Ltd is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company specialized in construction of infrastructure facilities such as roads, highways, bridges, runways, and real estate development & mining of coal & limestone. Incorporated in 1977 as a partnership firm, it was converted into private limited firm in 1984 and celebrated its public limited status in 1991. Over the years, they have undertaken a range of projects for government & semi-government bodies such as Airports Authority, Public Works, National Highways Authority and Military Engineering Services. In 1995, they introduced the Surface Mining technology for the first time in India and have completed several projects such as the Udaipur Bypass project in 1996, Mumbra Bypass in 2000 & improvement of arterial & sub arterial roads in Bangalore in 2001. In 2004, their name was changed to Atlanta Ltd after which their quality standard was recognized with ISO 9001:2000, and they received approval for establishing the Engineering SEZ in 2007. They are additionally engaged in the recently formed SPV, Balaji Tolways Ltd and have taken contracts such as Dausa Gangapur City, development of Dahej SEZ, rail infractructure for coal transportation & Mumbai airports in the last decade. Their real estate venture includes Atlanta Enclave, Atlanta Centre, ATK Apartment & Atlanta V Mall.
