About P B A Infrastructure Ltd

PBA Infrastructure is one of India's leading construction firms established in 1974 under the name of Prakash Building Associates Ltd. Since its incorporation, the company has changed its name to PBA Infrastructure and is headed by the current CMD Mr. Ramalal Wadhawan. It carries out a variety of civil engineering and infrastructure projects such as Highways, Dams, Runways, Bridges and Heavy RCC Structures in all parts of India. In 2005, the company floated an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 5,000,000 equity shares with a premium of Rs.50 per share. With the leadership of Mr. Wadhawan, the company has invested in modern fleet of machinery/equipment bringing excellent quality project construction and engineering.
