About Bharat Road Network Ltd

Bharat Road Network (BRNL) is an Indian road BOT company specializing in development, implementation, operation and maintenance of road projects in various states. As of September 2018, they have 6806 crore rupees in assets spread across 2095 lane kilometres in six states. They have received numerous awards since 2006, including BOT projects for four laning of Indore-Ujjain and Ghaziabad-Aligarh, 2018 refinancing of the Shree Jagannath Expressways Private Limited to save 30 crore rupees, and 51% stake acquisition in GIPL in 2017. Unfortunately, BRNL is currently facing dispute claims of 51.30 crore rupees from Religare Finvest Limited and has filed an application to the NCLT.
