About Sadbhav Engineering Ltd

Sadbhav Engineering Limited (SEL), a leading Gujarat-based Infrastructure company, was incorporated on 3rd October 1988 with the takeover of M/s Bhavna Construction Co. The company is engaged in a myriad of infrastructure activities like canals, irrigation projects, roads, bridges mining, dams, etc. and energy generation through Wind Power Projects. It has constructed 9, 283 lane-km of roads and highways and is one of the leading infrastructure companies in India.This reputation was solidified when SEL was awarded the Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited Canal Project in 1989 and its first mine excavation project in 1992. In 2005, SEL was awarded Excellence Award by Institute of Economic Studies. In 2006, SEL entered the capital market with a public issue while 2008 saw SEL winning its first highway project from private sector. In 2015-16, it acquired 6 stake in Ahmedabad Ring Road Infrastructure Limited. In 2017, SEL reduced its commitment to sell investment in Maharashtra Border Check Post Network Ltd to third-party from 22% to 9% and in July 2019, it executed share purchase agreements to sell 100% of its equity shares in 9 subsidiary companies to IndInfravit Trust backed by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Allianz Capital Partners, and Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System holding 77.7% stake for an enterprise value of Rs 66, 112 million.
