About Yamuna Syndicate Ltd

Yamuna Industries Limited (YIL) is a trading and auto ancillaries business owned by Aditya Puri, the Managing Director. Founded in 1995, YIL was appointed distributors by Escorts Limited to sell and service Farmtrac Tractors in Himachal Pradesh, and distributors for the Mitsubishi oils manufactured by Tide Water Oil Company India in collaboration with Mitsubishi Oil Company Japan. In 1995-96, YIL declared a bonus issue of one share for every share held, capitalising their General Reserve. Currently, YIL has taken on the dealership of Bajaj Tempo Vehicles at Yamuna Nagar. YIL has a long history of success, with more than 25 years of experience in trading auto ancillaries.
