About Natural Biocon (India) Ltd

Natural Biocon India Ltd (NBL) was incorporated in 1992 and obtained a commencement certificate later that year. The company has developed a new Natural Food Colour project with an installed capacity of 180 tonnes per annum (TPA) in Gujarat. To finance the related costs of Rs. 1.80 crores, NBL plans to raise Rs. 7.63 crores via a public issue of 7,625,000 shares at Rs. 10 each. This venture will allow the company to extract the main material of Natural Food Colour from Bixa Orellana Seeds through their Nucleus Farm. With this move, NBL hopes to ensure a better financial future.
