Adroit Industries India Limited was initially incorporated as originally formed as a Partnership Firm under the Indian Partnership Act 1932 under the name M/s Adroit Industries India dated March 09 1966 and was reconstituted pursuant to a deed of partnership dated June 02 1994. M/s Adroit Industries India was thereafter converted from a partnership firm to a Public Limited Company as Adroit Industries India Limited and a Certificate of Incorporation dated January 19 1995 was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Company is presently engaged in the manufacturing of Auto parts and components. The Company commenced as a partnership firm established by its erstwhile promoters in 1966 and have since evolved into an integrated manufacturer of precisionmachined torquetransmission components and complete propeller shaft assemblies. Over the decades it has expanded the operations diversified the product base and entered international markets supported by capacity enhancements. These includes the conversion of the partnership firm into the incorporation of the Company in 1995 the acquisition of Dewas forging facility to strengthen inhouse manufacturing plants and the continuous expansion of product offerings. In 2007 the present Promoter acquired control of the Company from the erstwhile promoters. To support and strengthen the export operations in North America region the Company in March 2022 incorporated a subsidiary in Canada under the name of Adroit Driveshafts Canada Limited. Thereafter it focused on expansion including the establishment of the Pithampur facility in 2023 to enhance manufacturing capacity for torquetransmission components and propeller shafts. The Company has launched category of new product i.e. alluminium driveline components in FY25. Presently the Company conduct manufacturing operations located in the state of Madhya Pradesh India. As on February 28 2026 Company offered over 5000 SKUs of torquetransmission components and assemblies that form part of driveline systems.Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning to issue the aggregate of 11247000 equity shares having face value of Rs 10 each which consist a fresh issue of 9897000 equity shares and the offer for sale of 1350000 equity shares..
