About Cartrade Tech Ltd

CarTrade Tech Limited is an automotive digital ecosystem that connects automobile customers, OEMs, dealers, banks, insurance companies and other stakeholders. The company was incorporated in April 2000 as Kaymo Fastener Company Private Limited and was subsequently changed to MXC Solutions India Private Limited and CarTrade Tech Private Limited in 2009 and 2021 respectively. The company was converted to a public company in April 2021 and is currently owned and operated under several brands such as CarTrade, Carwale and AutoBiz. In August 2021, the company went through an IPO and issued 18,532,216 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 1618 per share aggregating to Rs 2998.15 crore. These shares were listed on the BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on the 20 August 2021. By using the company’s platforms, customers, dealerships, OEMs and other businesses can easily buy and sell their vehicles.
