Brand Concepts Limited was established in 2007 as Brand Concepts Private Limited, before being converted to a public limited company in 2017. Led by Mr. Pradeep Maheshwari, the Company is now focussed on developing licensed fashion and lifestyle brands in bags, travel gears, and accessories for the Indian market. The Company represents a variety of well-known international and domestic licensees; inclucing Tommy Hilfiger, HEAD AND, and Global Desi. In addition, the Company has also launched two own brands; Sugarush ladies handbags and The Vertical backpacks.
