Pooja Logistics Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company dated December 09 2011 with the Registrar of Companies Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently Company was converted into a Public Limited Company w.e.f. November 18 2024. The Company is engaged in providing temperaturecontrolled logistics services for transportation of perishable goods across India through refrigerated trucks to various industries since 2011. The Company serve businesses in confectionery dairy quickservice restaurants QSR and ecommerce industries. Apart from this Company own and operate a fleet of more than 357 GPSenabled refrigerated vehicles which supports direct operational oversight of transportation activities. The fleet includes both singlecompartment and multicompartment reefers with load capacitiesranging from approximately 5 tonnes to 20 tonnes to maintain temperatures suitable for frozen 18C to 10C and chilled 0C to 4C storage. Each of the refrigerated vehicles is having insulated doors with inner and outer seals secure locking mechanisms to maintain internal temperature stability and grated container floors designed to support return air evaporation and promote uniform air circulation.The Company began operations with six vehicles at a single location. Over time the fleet expanded to over 100 vehicles across multiple locations during period 201314. It added approx. 40 vehicles to its fleet in 2015. The fleet rose to 125 vehicles over a period of 2 years through a diverse range of varying logistic needs in 2022. The business was expanded to Hyderabad and Chennai in 2023 through ecofriendly logistic solutions. The Company is planning a fresh issue initial offer of 3846000 equity shares of the face value Rs 10 each..
