About Asia Capital Ltd

Asia Capital Limited is a well-established Limited Company incorporated in 1983 that is engaged in the business of making investments in securities and providing loans and advances. On April 13th, 2018, the Promoters agreed to transfer 790,990 equity shares held by them at a price of Rs. 15/share to SKC Investment Advisors Private Limited. Resulting from this, the control and management of the Company was changed after due compliances. These compliances were completed on November 28th and 29th, 2018, resulting in the Promoters’ shares transferring to SKC Investment Advisors Private Limited. This change of ownership has been a long process that was carried out with the utmost professionalism and adherence to required compliances.
