About CSL Finance Ltd

Consolidated Securities Limited (CSL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company which was incorporated in December 28, 1992 as a part of its business provides services related to Investment, buying and selling of shares, debentures bonds and other types of securities. It is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE). Initially, it was promoted by seven first promoters and subsequently it was acquired by a consortium comprising of Mundra Credit and Investment Private Limited, Nikki Securities Private Limited and Growth Commercial Limited. Following the acquisition, Mundra Credit and Investment Private Limited became the promoter of the Company by acquiring 42.65% of the total paid up equity share capital. CSL is engaged into diverse range of activities such as buying and selling of shares, debentures, bonds and different types of securities, as well as making deposits and providing loans without security to entities such as individuals, firms and associations.
