About Nettlinx Ltd

Nettlinx Ltd., incorporated in January 1994, was formerly known as Northeast Securities and is promoted by Saranya Loka Reddy and Kalpana Reddy along with their associates. The company offers an array of financial services such as leasing, hire purchase, short-term lending, bill discounting, and stock market operations. Additionally, it has plans to focus on portfolio management activity as well. In December 1994, it raised Rs 120 lakh via a public issue of 12 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each. In 1995-96, the company was given the category II merchant banker status by the SEBI and witnessed an increase in its net profit to Rs 1.15 crore. During the same year, the company opened a branch office at Nizamabad to pursue hire purchase and mobilisation of fixed deposits. Moreover, it acquired a full-fledged money changer’s license from the Reserve Bank of India in order to undertake money changing business. Furthermore, it applied to SEBI for registration as Registrars to an Issue/Share Transfer Agent.
