About Kaiser Corporation Ltd

Kaiser Press, incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1993, and later converted to a Public Limited Company in February 1995, is a project consisting of two divisions, Plastic and Printing. The Company went public in March 1996 with an issuance of 13,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, amounting to a total of Rs 135 Lac to fund the project. However, since then, the Company has seen a decrease in their sales turnover due to increased competition from Rs 24,803,658.03 in the previous year to Rs 22,455,850.03 in the current year, i.e. the financial year of 1999-2000.
