About Vaxtex Cotfab Ltd

Vaxtex Cotfab Limited was incorporated in 2005 as Foolproof Vyapaar Private Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal, and later changed its name to Vaxtex Cotfab Private Limited in December 2015. After a shareholder resolution on March 5th 2018, the company was converted to a public limited company and subsequently changed its name to Vaxtex Cotfab Limited on March 21, 2018. The company is primarily engaged in the business of Textile processing and trading of fabric. It caters to customers such as garment manufacturers and very small fabric traders, with an installed capacity of 1200000 mtrs/month for processing of various fabrics from natural and man made fibres such as cotton Giza, Supima cotton, blended fabrics, polyester and viscose. These fabrics are procured from grey fabric manufacturers and large wholesalers and subsequently processed into finish fabric as per clients' requirements.
