About Srestha Finvest Ltd

Srestha Finvest Limited, formerly known as M S Investments Ltd, was incorporated in 1985 and operates in the financial services sector. It plays an important role in India's financial system as it provides quality consumer services and has continually reduced non-performing assets. In 2017, the company split its equity share's face value from Rs 10 to Rs 2 and issued 50 million preferential warrants with a face value of Rs 2.50 per share to non-promoters. These warrants have since been fully paid and converted to 50 million equity shares of Rs 2 each.
