About NPR Finance Ltd

NPR Finance Ltd, a listed Non Banking Deposit taking Company, was founded in 1989 by the Nand Lal Todi Group of Companies. In September 1989 it was converted into a deemed Public Limited Company, and in February 1995 it raised Rs 7.5 Crores by going public. Its equity shares were listed at the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association, Stock Exchange Ahmedabad, and Bombay Stock Exchange limited. However, due to the SEBI Delisting of Securities Guidelines 2003, it's equity shares were delisted from the Stock Exchange Ahmedabad and the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association in 2004 and 2007 respectively. Its equity shares are currently only listed at the Bombay Stock Exchange limited.
