About 3P Land Holdings Ltd

Established in 1965, Pudumjee Agro Industries is one of the oldest and most renowned paper production companies in India. Its product range includes different types of paper such as crepe tissue, hygiene tissue, MG tissue, carbon tissue, wrappers for fruits and food, kraft paper, and more. The company suffered a fire at its Bombay mill in 1976, and installed a secondhand paper machine at Thergaon in Pune in 1978 to aid the reconstruction. Then, in 1985, it added another imported paper machine to expand the capacity to 11,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) and another one at 21,500 tpa in 1987. To broaden its activities, the company amalgamated with Kapil Agro KAL, another sick company referred to the Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) in 1990. The said company had a solvent extraction plant in Madhya Pradesh with a crushing capacity of 40,000 tpa of seed.
