About TruCap Finance Ltd

Dhanvarsha Finvest Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) was incorporated in November 1994 with the aim of providing credit solutions to India’s large under-served and under-banked MSME segment. During the year 2021 the company has issued convertible securities like Unsecured Compulsory Convertible Debentures (UCCDs), convertible warrants and unsecured compulsorily convertible debentures on preferential basis to various promoter and non-promoter individuals/entities for an aggregate amount of Rs. 83,483,411,200/- to be converted into equivalent number of shares at certain conversion prices within a time period of 18 months. The company is backed by the 80 year old Wilson Group of Mumbai and believes in highest standards of corporate governance and transparency.
