About Kiran Vyapar Ltd

Kiran Vyapar Limited was established in 1995 as a private limited entity, governed by the Companies Act 1956. After seeking permission from the authorities, the company was converted into a public limited company on 14th August, 2012. Subsequently, the company changed its name and was included in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. This change opened avenues for the firm to expand in the business world with greater accountability and transparency towards the public. This enabled the shareholders to exercise more control over its management and take informed decisions.
