About Ontic Finserve Ltd

Maral Finance Limited is a public limited company which was incorporated on 16th May 1995 and promoted by three individuals namely Mr. Rajanikant Mohanlal Shah, Mr. Vinaykant Mohanlal Shah and Mr Shetal R Shah. Initially, the company was engaged in investment and finance related services; however, it intends to extend its operation to fund and non-fund based activities such as trading of securities, leasing and hire purchase financing, bill discounting, corporate advisory services, loan syndication, sub-broking etc. The company has presently deployed over Rs 300 lakhs in the trading of securities and spot financing of securities. In March 1996, the company issued 5,400,000 equity shares, which marks the stepping stone for its planned expansion.
