Maiden Forgings Ltd was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on February 11 2005, and converted to a Public Limited Company on December 02 2022. The company is a leading manufacturer and supplier in the ferrous metal industry, specializing in the design and manufacture of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel products. It has three integrated manufacturing plants in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh with a combined capacity of 50,000 tons per annum, as well as a dedicated production line for the manufacturing of collated pneumatic nails. In 2022, they intended to launch a public issue to issue 3784000 Equity Shares in a Fresh Issue. With a reputation for excellence in design and production of high-quality ferrous metal products, Maiden Forgings Ltd is a reliable supplier for clients in the realm of ferrous metals.
