About Thakkers Developers Ltd

The Company was originally incorporated in the state of Maharashtra and is engaged in the field of building various kinds of residential complexes. The Company has already completed seven projects, with four still at completion. They are currently working on several sites to build residential complexes, bungalows etc. in Nashik. The Company also has two large projects in progress, Thakkars Trambak Road Police Training College, with estimated total cost of Rs 134.90 lakhs, to be funded through promoters contribution of Rs 79.90 lakhs and public issue of equity at Rs 80 lakhs. In addition, the company was awarded four new projects from the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation during the year 200102.
