About SVS Ventures Ltd

SVS Ventures Limited was incorporated in India in December 2015 as Hetarth Software Solutions Private Limited. Following two more name changes, the company was converted to a public company in May 2022. The main businesses of SVS Ventures are construction and real estate development, primarily focusing on residential and commercial projects in and around Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Residential projects cover villas and bungalows, as well as commercial offices and shops. The company specializes in the development of villas and apartments, providing varying sizes and amenities such as security systems, sports and recreational facilities, play areas and electricity backup. In January 2023, SVS Ventures was able to raise Rs. 11.24 crores through a public issue of fresh shares. As a result, the company continues to provide quality services and products to middle and high income groups in the region.
