About Parsvnath Developers Ltd

Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL) is one of India’s leading real estate developers, with more than two decades of experience in offering high-quality development and construction. Other than having a presence in 51 cities and 18 states across the country, PDL is currently working on 114 projects covering an area of 211.32 million square feet. The company has a quality policy in place and has been the first real estate company to have integrated with ISO 9001 14001 and OHSAS 18001. PDL’s export facility project in Niryat Nagar, Moradabad commenced in 1999, while their prestigious Platinum Floors project, Platinum Greens and a 3-Star Hotel complex were commenced in 2000 and 2002 respectively. ICRA awarded PDL a DR3 rating in 2002 and upgraded it to DR2 in 2005. The company also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ICLEILocal Government for Sustainability South Asia India in 2006. PDL has won major projects like the development of Multimediacum-film city centre at Sarangpur in Chandigarh and initiated a 5-star Hotel and Multiplexcum-commercial Mall project in Ahmedabad. Moreover, the company picked up a 38% equity stake in NanoCity Haryana Infrastructure Limited in 2008 and is actively concentrating on cities outside Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
