Company Information

Steel City Securities Limited was established in April 20 1995 in Hyderabad under the Companies Act 1956. Its promoters are Mr.G.sree Rama Murthy Mr.K.Satyanarayana and Dr.Satish Kumar Arya. The company has been a member of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited since October 1995 and engaged in equity broking since then. It also began operations in the futures and options segment in May 2002 and acquired Steel City Commodities Private Limited, a subsidiary, from Steel City Capital Service Private Limited and Steel City Holding Limited in 2004.
