Subsequently upon the status of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited the Company was renamed as Ivalue Infosolutions Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 8 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre at Gurgaon.Ivalue Infosolutions Limited are an enterprise technology solutions specialist offering comprehensive purposebuilt solutions for securingand managing digital applications and data.
