About Bhartiya International Ltd

Bhartiya International (BIL) is a renowned Export House that manufactures and exports leather garments, carpets and other high-fashion items to markets in Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, the US and Canada. Founded in 1993 as Bhartiya Galecha Industries Pvt Ltd, the company offered an issue of shares at a premium in 1994 in order to finance an expansion. BIL has entered into partnerships with Emerald Leather Overseas and Mathi Leather Tanneries to provide finished leather for production, and has plans to enter into the leather shoes sector. The company has also received a National Export Award from the President of India and an award from Council for Leather Exports for showing commendable performance. Additionally, a modern facility has been set up in Bangalore to produce 54,000 units of products per annum, and a branch has opened in Italy to promote its own label Monks Italia, and to cater to various private label customers from around the world. Bengaluru-based Bhartiya International is thus proving to be a leader in designer quality leather apparel, defining style and finesse with each of its products.
