Indiabulls Ventures Limited (IVL), formerly known as Indiabulls Securities Limited, is a leading capital market firm based in India. It offers services such as stock and derivative broking, commodities services, wealth management solutions, and consumer finance through its subsidiary companies. Through pioneering the online trading platform, the company has over 600,000 customers in 18 cities. It was the first company to be awarded BQ1- the highest broker quality grading- by CRISIL. IVL underwent various name changes and merger/acquisition/divestment processes over the years to reach where it is today. It raised ₹2,000 crores through rights issuance and issued preferential allotment of ₹8.50 crores to foreign investors and promoters. It also developed ‘Dhani App’ powered by Aadhar, transforming personal loan disbursals. The company sold one of its subsidiaries named Positive Housings Private Limited for ₹5.90 crores and gained significant revenues.
