About Pervasive Commodities Ltd

Pervasive Commodities Ltd is a public limited company that was incorporated in March, 1986 under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies in Gujarat. Initially, the Ahmedabad based promoters aimed to excel in the manufacture of electronic items, however the company later switched its focus to trading of various agri and non-agri commodities. The name of the company was changed from Starvox Electronics Limited to Starvox Commodities Limited on 25 November 1986. After the High Court of Gujarat approved a scheme of arrangement by way of reduction of share capital in October 2015, the object clause of the company was changed from Electronic to Commodity. As a result, the company name was changed from Starvox Commodities Limited to Pervasive Commodities Limited on 9th December 2015, with a certificate confirming the change being issued by the Registrar of Companies on 6th January 2016.
