About Faze Three Ltd

Faze Three Exports (FTEL) was established in 1984 by Ajay Anand and became a full public limited company in 1994. It manufactures and exports cotton handlooms furnishing fabric and madeups to countries such as Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Germany, and the United States. In 1995, FTEL launched a Rs 12.66 crore public issue to finance a proposed Export Oriented Unit for manufacturing furnishing fabrics and other products at a cost of Rs 15.7 crore. It has won gold medals for export performance in 199192 and 199293. FTEL has been adversely affected by an earthquake in Japan and thus diversified and took up several expansion and modernization plans. This includes acquiring a controlling stake in V R Woodart Limited in 199899 and hiving off their Division to their joint venture Aunde Faze Three Autofab Limited. In 2003, Commercial production started at their Dapada Factory and their Dyeing Unit at Panipat was fully expanded and modernized. With over 35 years of experience, FTEL is continually innovating and improving, bringing quality interior furnishing products to the market.
