The Company operates 30 locations which comprises of 7 hubs centers and 28 spokes company has entered into a strategic alliance with Spokes i.e Infertility Expert to achieve the mutual goal of spreading awareness about ART and IVF treatment. This acquisition was executed through the issuance of 940232 equity shares.The Company acquired 100 shares of Gaudium International Private Limited making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on February 2 2023. The Company further acquired Gaudium Bawa Ludhiana Centre as a going concern via slump sale in 2023. In 2024 Company has started Srinagar Centre in Jammu Kashmir started Banglore Centre in Karnataka.
