About Tarsons Products Ltd

Tarsons Products Private Limited, established in 1983, is engaged in manufacturing and selling of plastic laboratory products and scientific instruments used for research in molecular biology, cell culture, genomics, proteonomics, immunology, etc. The company caters to both domestic and international markets and has one subsidiary, Inlabro Pte. Ltd., in Republic of Singapore. In June 2021, the Company underwent a name change to Tarsons Products Limited and split the face value of its equity shares from Rs. 10 to Rs. 2 each. On 26 June 2021, the Company allotted bonus equity shares worth Rs.499.79 crore to shareholders in a ratio of 52:1. Following this, a public issue of Rs. 1023.47 crore was arranged in November 2021, of which, Rs. 149.63crore was fresh issue and Rs. 873.84crore was offered for sale by promoters and investors. The IPO shares were allotted at Rs. 662 per share including a premium of Rs. 660 per share and were listed on the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India on 26 November 2021.
