About Mafatlal Industries Ltd

Mafatlal Industries Limited is a leading India-based business engaged in the textile industry, producing a range of products such as yarn dyed and piece dyed shirtings, poplins, and bottomwear fabrics. Having been established in 1913, the company has grown to have two main units in Nadiad and Navsari, and over the decades has increased its production capacity from 5 million professional grade connectors annually, to 780 units in cloth cotton. Additionally, since 1991 they have set up two subsidiaries: Gujarat Gas Co. Ltd and Mafatlal Holding Limited. They have also developed unique fabrics such as cotton rich blends, glitter print in 100% cotton base fabrics, and shirting fabrics yarn dyed with natural stretch. Most recently, they have a signed agreement to sell their Ahmedabad unit to Annapurna Polymers Pvt. Ltd for an aggregate consideration of 6.77 crores. With their capability of producing an extensive range of quality fabrics for men and women, Mafatlal Industries continues to be a leader in the Indian textile sector.
