About Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd

In 1975, Eldeco Construction Pvt Limited was founded by S K Garf, a civil engineering lecturer-turned-technocrat businessman. Since then, the company has been expanding its presence across North India, having successfully completed 45 projects in Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra and Ghaziabad, with 18 more projects under construction. Moreover, they have increased their construction experience from 18,000 sq.ft to an impressive 1,20,00,000 sq.ft. In 2001, Eldeco completed 4 projects - 2 in Agra and 2 in Lucknow and launched 3 more projects in the same year. Eldeco has also won several awards such as the Builders Excellence Award and Award for Excellence in Construction for their commitment to excellence, customer service, on-time project completion & business ethics.
